Stop, look, listen
I create an environment where the client can ‘stop, look and listen’. With respect and confidentiality, clients are often challenged to get in touch with their inner self and align with their true identity. This process fosters transformational change.
Through the coaching process, self-awareness emerges. It brings clarity, which in turn gives energy. A purposeful outcome is identified, providing a roadmap for ongoing development.
Throughout the supervision process, meaningful observations are offered in an elegant and respectful way to better serve the final corporate client.
The session is regularly supervised both as a group and individually.
